Outside of peak time you can expect normal dispatch times unless unforeseen circumstances arise ie. Natural disasters or postal service issues.

• Standard Post: Your cards will be dispatched 3-6 business days from the date of order

• Express Post: Your cards will be dispatched 1-3 business days from the date of order

Our gift cards are dispatched via Australia Post. For more information on delivery time frames please visit their website here.

All cards purchased on Card.Gift should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place.

If the card is lost or stolen, please phone 1300 375 346 immediately, so the card can be disabled if purchased online.

We will not reimburse you for any transactions conducted by an unauthorised person prior to you informing us of the card’s loss. You will be protected from any subsequent loss if your card is registered, and you satisfy certain conditions including supplying your receipt as proof of purchase.

Call us on 1300 375 346 as soon as possible during our business hours so we can check the status of the order placed using your card.

Your digital card should be sent instantly.

If you do not receive it, please check your spam, and junk mail folders.

If you are unable to locate this, your order may have been flagged in our system as fraudulent. Due to high volumes of fraudulent charges in the eCommerce industry, we want to make sure we are taking the steps to protect our customers as well as our company. Therefore, we set our system to work automatically in screening potential fraud on each placed transaction.

• Digital- The recipient has an Australian phone number (+61).

• Physical- The recipient has an Australian postal address.

No! You can choose however you want to spend your gift card balance. Any remaining funds will stay on you card until the entire value of the card has been used up or expires. This way you can enjoy your gift card more than once.

Yes, they do, but you have plenty of time to use them. Our gift cards are valid for thirty-six months (36 months) from the date of purchase.

Physical Card: The expiry date will be written on the back of the card. If it is not written on the back of the card it is your responsibility to check your card balance and expiry date here.

Digital Voucher: Your expiry date will be printed on the retailer voucher received.

Digital Mastercard or Visa: Your expiry date can be found by checking the TCN App and selecting your card.

Physical Mastercard: Your expiry date is printed on the front of the card.

In-store: Yes, you sure can (at merchants’ discretion).

Online: If you are using Mastercard or Visa online, sites do not accept split payments with credit cards, so we recommend keeping your purchase equal to or less than your gift card value.

Some merchants may charge you a fee for using the card and such fees may be deducted from the balance of your card at the time of the transaction.
